CREATING SUSTAINABLE VALUE.
Quaker has always strived to create value for its stakeholders. As we continue our strong growth path as a company, we’re focused on creating sustainable value. Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) involves a balance between people, planet and profit. It can’t be addressed quickly or easily, or be demonstrated by any single corporate action. Yet it is an important subject for Quaker, and for our customers.
CSR isn’t really new to Quaker … many aspects are already in our company’s DNA. For decades we’ve provided customer solutions that reduce waste, energy, water usage and chemical consumption, while improving operational processes, tool life and the health and safety of workers. What is newer – beginning in late 2013 – is a more formalized approach to CSR, including developing a mission and guiding principles, increased involvement in our local communities, and reporting on our activities.
You can learn more about all of our CSR activities by reading one of our CSR Reports, or by sending an email to email@example.com.

DOING THE RIGHT THING.
The world around us continues to change. Quickly. Even so, there is one constant: Quaker Associates are always expected to do the right thing, and will never be penalized for doing so. Acting with integrity and the highest ethical standards is not only good corporate policy, it is also good business.
Our behavior today will have a significant impact on our reputation and business success tomorrow. Quaker is committed to ethical conduct above reproach at all times:
- By using our Core Values to guide our behavior and adhering to the standards embodied in our Code of Conduct, we strive to meet these expectations;
- Additional corporate governance guidelines and our Financial Code of Ethics also demonstrate our commitment to doing the right thing;
- Associates may report any illegal or unethical activity or issue relating to Quaker Chemical Corporation by contacting the Company’s General Counsel and Director of Global Corporate Compliance, or use Quaker’s Corporate Compliance Hotline.
